2022 – Club moves to an 11-member executive board of directors with Tracy Million Simmons acting as President and Manager with compensation as follows:
- $200/month to be paid quarterly (Total $2,400)
- Plus year-end bonus of 5% of income earned from member dues and renewals
- 25% of member dues currently goes to districts & 3% of member dues currently goes to “seed money” for convention planners. The addition of 5% going to payment of a manager would leave 67% of membership fees to go toward operating expenses for the Club.
- For 2022, this would be a Contract position (no withholding or tax responsibilities incurred by the Club).
